Professional artists and arts organizations are welcome to rent Morrow for activities including rehearsals, classes and events. Subsidized rental rates adjust to the scale and nature of venue use.
We also offer Sponsorships, with priority access for equity-deserving and under-resourced artists and communities.
We occasionally accept Commercial rentals, provided they do not displace use for artists.

If you are an equity-deserving or under-resourced professional artist, or a not-for-profit arts organization that serves equity-deserving and under-resourced professional artists and communities, we are open to sponsoring or partnering in community-engaged events, workshops and classes.
For individual artists, we also welcome trade economy whereby space for rehearsals and private use are provided in exchange for help with things like studio upkeep and rental staffing.

Performances, events, shoots ⇢ $100/hr or $500/day minimum for exclusive use*
