Daydream Shadow is Juolin Lee’s commission of Ziyian Kwan to create a solo as an opener for The Dance Centre’s Iris Garland presentation of Shion Skye Carter’s work Residuals. The creation was the culmination of Juolin’s year of mentorship and internship with Odd Meridian. In creating the solo, Ziyian was inspired to shine light on the beautiful shadows within Juolin’s bright energy.
